Option 1: Ring Sizer

If you are purchasing an engagement ring, try to find a ring your fiancée currently wears that is close in size to her ring finger and put it on a candle. Mark where the ring stops on the candle and wrap the ring sizer around the area you marked on the candle. When in doubt, it is always better to go one size too large.
The number that meets the end of the paper is your loved one’s ring size!
Option 2: Ring Size Chart
If it’s not a surprise, measure the distance around your loved one's ring finger with something flexible like a piece of string or a shoe lace and place it along a ruler with millimeter measurements.
If you already have a ring, you can also measure the distance of one side of the ring to the other (in millimeters).
