I can't thank Marissa enough. My husband and I almost purchased a fancy yellow radiant cut past present future ring at Mayors in the mall for $30K as my ten year anniversary gift. I decided to double check to see if I might find something online when I stumbled upon Fire & Ice's site. Because I was already set on my ideal ring, I emailed Fire & Ice and asked them what they would be able to do since they guaranteed the lowest prices. They recommended almost the exact same ring, but with trilliants on the sides to compliment the center stone. They sent me the ring with the diamonds unset. I decided I'd prefer radiants on the sides as well. I returned the ring and by the next week I received almost an exact replica of the ring in Mayors but with higher quality diamonds. Marissa managed to find two perfectly cut radiant side stones to compliment the GIA fancy yellow radiant center and it cost me half the price! What a difference cut makes. Thank you Marissa!

Even though Fire and Ice's shopping cart was down, Marissa helped me find the perfect three stone ring for my ten year anniversary. They ended up custom making one for me after going through several drafts and she even gave me 10% off for an offer starting next month. And their diamond consultants were so knowledgeable.
