Cushion shape (cut) diamond

Cushion Cut (Modernized Old Mine Cut)
Like the Emerald cut, a cushion cut is a recreation of an antique brilliant from 1830, which is quickly gaining popularity once again. The cushion cut is an unusual shape and a popular alternative to Oval and Round cuts. The length should be generally almost the twice width with an oblong shape, but this depends on personal preference.  The cut’s simplicity makes higher color and clarity more necessary than newer brilliant cuts.
A color grade of at least I and clarity grade of at least VS2 with Good Polish and Very Good Symmetry are recommended.
